Asian Grilled Chicken Breasts



Category: Poultry & Eggs
Servings: 6
Prep + Cooking Time: 15 Minutes


Ingredients: (Conversion Chart)

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mustard, salt and pepper, and brush on the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill.
  3. Grill chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Let chicken rest on a plate for 1 or 2 minutes before serving.

166 calories (26g protein, 0g carbohydrate, 6g fat, 243mg sodium) per serving

I am so happy!

We just launched our weight loss challenge @ redhill last sunday and we are entering our 2nd week this sunday! The contestants have no idea what they are in for. With new revolutionary videos and a whole lot of information, I just can't wait to spread the message of good nutrition to our new friends!

This is so exciting. For those of you who really want to take part in our weight loss challenge but can't find a time, not to worry! We are going to start our Friday evenings 12 weeks weight loss challenge @ redhill, 7.30pm. Also, we have a 6weeks weight loss challenge happening @ tan quee lan street every wednesday, 7.30pm!

Today, I want to share with you guys this amazing story about my good friend, Stephanie.. 



She lost 3.3% of body fat in 6 weeks and lost 5 inches! She was still able to have Bak Kut Teh during the challenge!! Should have asked her to give me a treat when she won! (haha!) If you guys get a chance to meet her, you have to ask her what she did to win our Weight Loss Challenge 2!

FINALLY!!!

Our Weight Loss Challenge 6 ended two nights ago on June 3rd. It was such an incredible and exciting Challenge. All thanks to our special guest speaker, each lesson was so amazing and educational,  even I felt it as an organiser! The winner went home with $585 in cash! Total payout was $1700, losing just only 3% of body fat in 6 weeks!! 

Can you imagine having $585 in cash, at the same time looking better?!

Anyway..  Congratulations to each and everyone of the participants for sticking it in within this past 6 weeks and being very spontaneous! Also to my wonderful committee members who were really helpful to ensure that each weeks goes on smoothly!  Can't wait for the next Challenge!!

What the heck is Weight Loss Challenge ?!

Welcome to our all new Weight Loss Challenge or in short, wlc, blog. This idea was given birth by Ryan who has done an amazing job with his wlc blog! Kudos to Ryan!

If this is your first time hearing about Weight Loss Challenge, you're in for a fun time!

Basically, it is a 6 weeks competition, where people compete to lose BODY FAT, not weight. During each week, participants come in to do a weigh-in which will be followed by 45 minutes of nutrition classes to give contestants more education on healthy weight loss. On top of that, each contestants will have a wellness coach (ie. US! ) attached to them and provide them with complimentary body analysis and tips. 

All contestants' information will be Private&Confidential! 

And the best part?!
Contestants can choose any methods they would like to lose body fats!! 

The purpose of us organizing this WLC is 

1st. Of course, educate people more on healthy weight control and nutrition
2nd. Provide people with more determination and motivation to shape up!
3rd. Simply fun, simple and magical!
