What the heck is Weight Loss Challenge ?!

Welcome to our all new Weight Loss Challenge or in short, wlc, blog. This idea was given birth by Ryan who has done an amazing job with his wlc blog! Kudos to Ryan!

If this is your first time hearing about Weight Loss Challenge, you're in for a fun time!

Basically, it is a 6 weeks competition, where people compete to lose BODY FAT, not weight. During each week, participants come in to do a weigh-in which will be followed by 45 minutes of nutrition classes to give contestants more education on healthy weight loss. On top of that, each contestants will have a wellness coach (ie. US! ) attached to them and provide them with complimentary body analysis and tips. 

All contestants' information will be Private&Confidential! 

And the best part?!
Contestants can choose any methods they would like to lose body fats!! 

The purpose of us organizing this WLC is 

1st. Of course, educate people more on healthy weight control and nutrition
2nd. Provide people with more determination and motivation to shape up!
3rd. Simply fun, simple and magical!
